Responsibilities:
-Preparing project plan and time-frame as per management implemented major plans fulfilling all peak points and Major mobilizations.
-Execute in accordance to the agreed major plan, with efficiency rate not less than 88 % in all charged projects.
-Reviewing all contractual points, Specifications, Constructions drawings and Shop-drawing with an experienced background in precast detailing.
-Total monitoring and control on the project to avoid any conjunctions and take immediate corrective action to resettle the project on the implemented plan .
-Achieving all client priorities with respect to Cost, time & Quality.
-Preparing & Submitting project lifting plan.
-Preparing all materials & resources as per site requirements .
-Choosing the cranes required capacity as per radius and required lifting manoeuvrers, with respect to consequence impact on both cost & time.
-Insuring all safety precautions during heavy lifting procedures.
-Completed job hazard assessments to identify any hazards related to job tasks and apply safety rules to lower risks.
-Preparing & Submitting erection plan, daily reports, weekly progress, and monthly progress for sites .
-Preparing site precast delivery requests, full monitored as per site open scopes fulfilling both priority and accomplishment required by management.

Held responsibilities of supervising construction activities & finishing works activities.
Porto Sharm considered as one of the biggest project in, it is the biggest consolidated residential compound in Sharm El-Sheikh, total budget of the project exceeds 1500 Million of EGP.

• A-three months training course at New-Sharm for construction and ready-mix concrete stations at Eldabaa & Al-Ein Elsoana ( Aug 2012 - Nov 2012 ).
• A-three months training course at New-Sharm for construction and ready-mix concrete stations at Sharm El Sheikh ( Aug 2011 - Nov 2011 ).
• A-three months training course at New-Sharm for construction and ready-mix concrete stations at Sharm El Sheikh ( Aug 2010 - Nov 2010 ).

Qualification: Bachelor Of Civil Engineering, Shebin EL-Kom University (Year 2013) (GPA: Very Good 78.6%). Last Year Grade: Excellent Degree 89.8%. Graduation.Project: Design of Reinforced Concrete Structures (Project Grade: Excellent 98.8 %) Pre-Master Degree: Civil Pre-Master Degree with Excellence 88.5% Degree.
