Coaching the technical office team to do the following process:
1- Shop drawings.
2- Design Review in tendering stage.
3- Material submittal.
4- Site execution supports.
5- Factory orders to fabricate the site requisition for such as duct sheet metal, and air outlets ...etc.
The main subject to keep all processes will be done smoothly.
Material submittal review, shopdrawing submittal review, site supervisor, technical support, FAT, SAT, site execution.
Senior Mechanical (HVAC, and piping) engineer in technical office, and
reporting to operation manger to Prepare with my team all submittal
documents such as Shop drawings, Material submittals, ITP, method
statement, MTOs, and fabrication process as per drawings and Coordination
work for all In-hand projects as the following live project:
WND "West Nile Delta", utility Non-process buildings, HVAC scope
“Supply and Installation”, the Owner BP "British Petroleum", main
Contractor/Consultant Bechtel.
APRON Port Said Airport, Administration and utility buildings,
ventilation scope, supply and installation, the Owner PAS “Petroleum Air
Services”, the Consultancy SEC “Shawky Engineering Consultants”
Al-Masa Hotel @ Al-Alamen, Fuel System for the utility buildings,
supply and installation, the client Orascom construction, and the
consultancy ECG “Egyptian Constance Group”.
NAPHTA @ ASIWT, Non-process buildings, HVAC scope “Supply and
Installation”, the Owner SCOR, main Contractor/Consultant ENPPI.
Reviewing martial quantities before sending to procurement department inspect the material received in site, supervision for all executed mechanical works, and preparing tender documentation for mechanical work (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, facilities such as swimming pools, and Jacuzzi …etc.) through the project life cycle, in the following projects:
1. Al-Reem Residential Compound, approximately land area 137000 sq. m in Riyadh, KSA.
2. Riyadh Palma Residential compound, approximately land area 119700 sq. m in Riyadh, KSA.
3. Aliya Mall, approximately area 50000 sq. m in Riyadh, KSA.
4. Mohammad Al-Habib Residential compound for approximately area 11000 sq. m in Riyadh, KSA.
1. Working on (MSSQL or Oracle) Database.
