• Manage take-over projects of 4 major ports in Abu Dhabi with full responsibilities.
• Lead businesses of cold/cool facilities (15, 000m²/19, 835MT) at Mina Zayed since May, 2013.
• Manage all ports auctions (AED 3.24 Million) and assets sales (AED 10.5 Million) as being ADPC representative
• Develop business cases for leasing paved & sandy lands (6, 794, 804m²) and open & close warehouses (1, 679, 174m²/525 Units).
• Dealing with different types of cargo segments in port business (Project, Bulk, Break Bulk, General Cargo, RO/RO)
• Responsible to handle and manage patrolmen industries’ enquiries from ADNOC Group (ZADCO, IRSHAD, NMDC, GASCO and Fertil), LIWA Patrolmen, UIB and Schlumberger by developing business cases to allocate and support their projects requirements in all ports including western region.
• Develop proposals and contracts as required within the selling process with legal perspective.
• Responsible of negotiation process within commercial unit while bbuilding, maintaining, and forecasting a pipeline of opportunities in accordance with sales management guidelines.
• Set-up & reviewing AD emirate’s ports full tariff.
• Participate in planning and coordinating mega projects (Worth above AED 5 Million each); such as Mina Zayed’s Cruise Terminal, Khalifa Port’s phase I project, dredging of new Musaffah channel & ICAD basin, sales & dismantling of Mina Zayed’s container terminal’s cranes and shifting RO/RO terminal to Khalifa Port

• Ensuring effective and timely implementation of all logistics daily operational goals inclusive of shipping functions and inventory management
• Responsible for marine database and electronic archiving system.
• Manage all marine activities of port’s divers.
• Responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising daily operations for Navigation Buoys Division.
• Responsible to train employees on new software and systems used in the port.
• Coordinating with all His Highness islands and GHQ to maintain their navigation buoys.
• Ensure of all security and HSE aspects related to tasks and operations within navigation buoys section.
• Issuing invoices related to navigation buoys section.
• Assigning tasks and responsibilities among technical and operations team (sandblast, welding, electricity).
• Managing all new projects related to installation/maintaining assets of buoys
• Assisting section’s tug masters, skippers in marine information and port procedure.
