Project with Riyadh Operation & Maintenance Amanah. Project Construction Cost: $500, 000, 000, Project Supervision Cost: $20, 000, 000, Project Duration: 36 Months.

- Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
- Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting Amanah standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
- Monitoring of projects in terms of time schedules, completion percentages, and evaluation of contractors.
- Wadi As-Sulai extends from north-west of the city running to the east side of King Khalid Airport to Al-Rafaeaa area southeast of Riyadh city over a total length of 176 Km reaching Al-Kharj Town, although the Comprehensive Development Plan is for 111km ending at Hiet village, south-east of Riyadh. Along its length, the Wadi passes through a variety of land uses: natural, agricultural, urban (industrial and residential of varying densities), open recreational areas, restricted military zones, hydrocarbon infrastructure and King Fahd International Stadium. The wadi passes through areas with no resident population and limited human usage through to densely populated residential areas where human interaction is or will be high. Most of the areas along the wadi are classified as either urban or open areas which are lightly inhabited and some locations where agriculture activity is high.
- Reviewing Shop drawings, as built drawings, and method statements.
- Reviewing and enhancing the daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Preparing the monthly presentations showing the client the project progress, obstacles, and ongoing work.
- Assist the PM/REs in the calculation of project progress.
- Monitoring and inspection of civil works in accordance with quality requirements.
- Daily field supervision on actual execution of works according to drawings and specifications.
- Carry out scheduled inspections to ensure that works are constructed in accordance with the contract documentation and method statements.
- Supervision and Design Review for Various Storm drainage networks in Riyadh.
- Supervision for improvement, widening and development of Twelve (12) main roads distributed within Riyadh City, Saudi Arabia of total length exceeding 100km. All twelve roads consist of dual three (3) + two (2) lanes of 100m total width. Additional improvements include road intersections, street lighting, drainage, landscaping, irrigation network, wet and dry utilities routing, and pedestrian amenities including sidewalks and separated pathways.

- Reviewing contractor and subcontractor’s submittals.
- Daily field supervision on actual execution of works according to drawings and specifications.
- Mataf Project, Saudi Arabia. Supervision of construction for the increase of Mataf capacity up to three times its original capacity. The scope covers the removal and demolition of the old arcade and the first Saudi Expansion (except for the gates), and the construction of a 7-level new extension connected to the Masa’a area as well as to the second and third Saudi Expansions, with all related electromechanical and infrastructure services, and provisions for the handicapped and elderly visitors. The project also includes the rehabilitation of Zamzam area with relocation of existing services.
- Islahiyat Buildings, Saudi Arabia. Design review, review of shop drawings and material submittals, project management and supervision of construction for 4 sites of 1.575 million m² each in Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam and Taif. Each site consists of 155 buildings (total built-up of 190, 000 m²), serving 7, 272 prisoners and including detention and correctional facilities, housing units, schools, clinic, administration buildings, workshops, and infrastructure utilities.

- Daily field supervision on actual execution of works according to drawings and specifications.

- Working in both fields Concrete and Steel Structure.
Responsible to thoroughly understand and communicate with stakeholder requirements to appropriate team members, and manage all requirements accordingly to realize each for the stakeholder.
Establish clear ownership for project tasks, ensure that team members have the tools needed, and provide timely feedback.
Coordinate and facilitate delivery of project objectives.
Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly progress reports and updating to the owner.
Review the structural and architectural shop drawings.
Extraction of Quantities for Excavation, P.C.C and R.C.C in raft, beams, slabs… etc.
Preparation of contractor’s bill, checking and certified quantity as per approved drawings.
Preparing and submitting contractor’s bill as per Bill of Quantity (BOQ) / work order.
Preparing of Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) as per the design requirement to determine appropriate material quantities and cost estimate.
Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly progress reports and updating to the Project Manager.
