My Job role entitles me to perform level 3 troubleshooting in network, security, voice and data optimization incidents for enterprise customers. My scope of troubleshooting includes but is not limited to: MPLS, WAN, LAN, Routing incidents.. etc. Supporting more than 50 customers with different topologies and technologies.
