During the 14 years in CEMEX I was assigned to different positions including Plant manager, Sales Manager, Operation manager, Central dispatch manger and finally managing director. I was able in the last few years to expand the business from 600 km3 to 1 Million m3 by introducing new business line and new products and services. In 2012 I established a new company specialized in rigid pavement which awarded Cairo Suiz Road in 2014 as a subcontractor from Alam sons Co. in the national road plan. this project contributed to almost 20% of the company production. With this experience in different fields i am confident that I will be able to benefit any business I will join by getting things done on the real world.
I joined Decom Ready Mix in 98 as Dream land plant manager then I was selected by top executive to be in charge of our new operation in Alexandria. I started with one plant in Merghem area then expand the business by on site plants in East Alex and another plant in borg Arab.
After my graduation with Bsc of civil Engineering I joined Steidle S A Ready Mix Co. a German company sponsored by Nemran Group as a plant supervisor where I had the chance to learn the field part of the business including the logistic part then I was moved to the QC as QC Engineer where I learned the technical part of the product then I was assigned as a plant manager handling all the activities done in the plant including order taking, dispatch, sales, collection, QC, and operation planning.
