Inspection Supervisor, Plant Inspector, Senior Welding/NDT Inspector with 10 years experience in Oil & Gas industry (Offshore & Onshore. Certified API 570&653 Piping Inspector, CSWIP 3.1 with Radiographic Interpretation and ASNT Level II - RT, MT, PT & UT.
Supervision and coordination of all on-stream and shutdown inspection/NDT activities of plant equipments, including pressure vessels, columns, drums, heat exchangers, boilers, coolers, tanks, valves and piping systems.
Familiar with common welding processes like SMAW, GTAW, FCAW and SAW.
Familiar with QA/QC aspects which includes, qualification of welding procedures, welders’ performance, welding consumable quality control, visual welding inspection, NDT, pressure testing, coordination with clients inspectors etc.
Familiar with various codes/standards like ASME, API, ASTM, ANSI, AWS, BS, EEMUA 158, etc. and various clients' specifications.
Familiar with all NDT techniques (VT, RT, UT, PT, MT) & different types of equipment used for NDT. Preparation and/or review of reports
