• Monitoring and Controlling Budget Change Orders.
• Creating and preparing budgets for new Projects that Recently Awarded.
• Monitoring and Controlling Resource Master Data to be always up to date Every Time.
• Review Subcontractor Contracts U/R VS budget U/R.
• Recording Issues and their Solution to be as Lessons Learned in future Projects.
• Recording Issues, concerns, and Bases of Estimate to be a Reference After issuing the Project Budget.
