• System analysis and business system design.
• Accountable for the successful set-up, delivery, and transition to IT services of ambitious corporate-wide Programs and Projects such as POS, mobile, eCommerce, Portal, BI Reports, planning, warehousing, and analytics to bring about an effective enterprise application and technology transformation.
• Lead, plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the design, development, and implementation of business Systems
• Program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation for all phases of applications systems analysis and programming.
• Develop and design company Portal ( Automation Business Process & Reports and Dashboard )
• Analyze and Identify gaps and documents in existing application systems to determine processing requirements.
• Maintaining and upgrading existing systems as required
• Understand the working of organization-wide processes to improve and maintain them.
• ensuring checking and editing integration data between systems
• Prepare the system documentation and training material for users of the new system
• Troubleshooting technical issues
• Recommend technology products to purchase.
• Gather requirements and business needs as required using best practices and known software development and engineering methodologies.
• Liaise with management to coordinate process improvement project activities
• Monitoring, measuring and providing feedback on process performance
• implementing reporting processes to track data quality improvements over time
• Development new Applications to improve IT infrastructure like (Business Process (BPM), online surveys, Web Payment Gateway)
• Analyze the Business requirement (estimating, evaluating, prioritizing, categorizing).
• Design and specifies how and where the business needs is best to be implemented.
• Construct workflows, charts and diagrams to outline the business needs and provide needed summarized report to demand manger.
• Study the existing system capabilities.
• Participate in business case and proposal development to insure integration between the project effort and other functional areas.
• Oversee implementation of processes and tools to increase project management effectiveness.
• Track the progress on the projects with the project managers.
• analyzing business models and analyze existing applications and systems to determine needed modifications and/or enhancements.
• Responsible for dashboards (BI System) (Design, Implement, ) New reports.
• Design new systems including process flow, user interface, reports, and security procedures
• overseeing implementation of a new system including data migration

• understanding software development lifecycle
• Write complex query to get the results which requested from users or management
• ensuring and checking and editing integration data between systems
• design new packages, procedures and function and views for data base and data warehouse (Oracle, SQL server).
• Supervise implementation of new system
• Introduce and integrate new technologies into existing data center environments
• Propose alternative solutions to business problems and select preferred solution. Justify selection.
• Recommend technology products ( software) for purchase.
• Prepare training material for users of new system.

• Build, maintain, and enhance all objects packages/functions in PL/SQL to support application process.
• Duties are comprised of developing stored procedures (PL/SQL), packages, functions and other commonly used Oracle objects.
• Analyze / design & maintain / code / test / document / implement above.
• Develop & maintain knowledge of business and relevant business rules.
• Understand the requirement and analyze on a technical feasibility and design.
• Communicate with technical partners and come up with solutions.
