• Responsible for analyzing enhancement requests for 13 Government entities electronic services boarded on TAMM platform

• Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.

• Serving as a liaison between product and development and was always accessible to development to answer questions.
• Working with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including incident managers, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement
• Working in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
• Applying previous experience in the current running project(s) to ensure project success by delivering
solid requirements and analysis
• Conducting proper Gap/Impact analysis on products/systems that facilitate efficient electronic services and smart work practices for selection, to execute multi-million USD projects.
• Acting as a single point of contact between business, development, project management, senior management, quality teams, etc to understand every business requirement and produce innovative technological solutions.
• Participating in feasibility studies with rest of business development team.
• Using different variety of team collaboration, requirements and modelling tools like: TFS (Team Foundation Server for agile methodologies), IBM DOORS (Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System), JIRA (For Agile Software Development), VISIO (for UML modelling and context diagramming)

Working in E-Government in KSA for Ministry of Housing (MOH), a national project, analyze programs and systems that facilitate efficient electronic services and smart work practices right from planning and designing to support and execution.
Enable innovative technological solutions, transform traditional e-government & public services in accordance with today’s modern lifestyles from IT perspective.
Acting as a single point of contact between business, development, project management, senior management, quality teams, ensuring every business requirement is communicated/transferred/documented successfully, with gap/impact analysis is covered with Business team.
- Understanding business requirements and translate it to software requirements
- Gap analysis for business requirements, introducing business/technical solutions
- Producing fully functional software requirements specifications (SRS) for development team & quality team to enhance implementation of e-government services and solutions
- Create user acceptance test plans, review system requirements and verify that all Business requirements have been implemented through the selected solution
- Future vision for current project(s)/product(s)
My role in the current running project is analyzing 12 business modules varying from user-system modules to system-system modules, covering all aspects of the project, including billing and payments modules, integration with 3rd party systems/institutes (including integration with SADAD E-Payment Gateway), Partner Bank Integration, contract management and other modules.
Analyzing the organization and design of businesses, the interpretation of business rules and requirements for technical systems, responsibility for investigating business systems, identifying options for improving business systems and bridging the needs of the business with the use of IT.
Recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
Uniquely placed to provide a strong link between the Business Community and Software Team.
Preparing clear product scope for all involved parties.
Covering impact analysis and integration points with different applications.
Working with Information Technology to improve the quality of the products and services being delivered by the Software Team.

Assist in B2B analysis, using pentaho/kettle, defining integration mapping solutions and related data models, define expected integration issues that might face technical teams.
