 Secures sound financing plans for company operations by tracking, measuring, evaluating and forecasting operating and financial results, identifying needs and trends, forecasting capital needs, and negotiating credit with banks.
 Maintain all treasury and cash management operations Provide both short-term and long-term financial Capital investment Appraisals and the appraisal of external investment opportunities.
 Monitor and analyze data relating to trading activity, relevant industry data, and peer company performance.
 Reviews the contracts purchase orders from the customers and provide comments to procurement departments.
 Ensures that cash is managed to minimize cost of fund

 Prepare budget & business plan for the company.
 Prepares monthly cash flows, monitors and controls cash receipts and disbursements to meet the operating requirements.
 Monitor & control financial report & analysis of the financial performance of the company.
 Prepares reports which are necessary for external communications (Auditing or banks).
 Analyzing and reviewing the company current credits policy and procedures.
 Performing cost structures for all imported product and responsible for setting the final selling price taking into consideration the breakeven point& Margin to be guaranteed.
 Approving checks payment, petty cash payment, …etc
 Reviewing the finance team productivity & performance.

 Prepare audit strategy and audit planning.
 Performing financial analysis of the clients
 Staff planning and supervision of the audit team.
