“Manage product uplifting process at Total depots and other depots according job nature which a located in a specific supply envelope making full application of the uplifting contract obligations. Maintaining a good and professional business relation with all stakeholders including, Road Transport Haulers/Drivers and Customer’s representatives.”
Position holder is expected to coordinate and control products uplifting process from Outside Supply Point (OSP) during a daily operation shift.
As a Supervisor I do a version, design and management of trips for the implementation of the Program of daily plan




Coordinate and communicate daily allocated quota back to central team for setting daily dispatching plan.
Issue loading documents directed to loading racks attendants (operators) and Prepared voucher of loading circle to implement plan ship / third party loading points (Other terminals).
Follow all loaded compartments are well sealed and seal numbers are clearly recorded on the customer delivery note.
Recording all dispatched deliveries following agreed procedures on System..
Recording all necessary data needed for controlling deliveries through the e-finance system.
Issue Journey Management Plan (JMP) for each delivery ensuring that it is well understood by driver .
Collect JMP document for previous trip indicating driver’s input/comments ensuring timely communication with Road Transport team..
Prepare review, reconcile the shift & ensure that SAP is identical to Excel sheet.
Dispatching of fuel products to customers & invoices processing
Products providing to our locations.
11. Prepare reports about daily loading and daily plan.
13. Prepare reports about daily quantity to delivering customers.
14. Prepare daily & monthly operational reports (customers, quantities, products ...) on Data Base and Sap System.
15-Prepare monthly loading review, reconcile with Other terminals ( El Sokhna Soumed terminal, Taqa terminal

1-Customs clearance representative at Ziyteat petroleum customs.
2- Coordination all orders plan to Chevron barges to providing products
3-Bulk stock control to providing barges.
4-Warehouse supervisor for oil Material, Pails and Drums.
5- Follow up and coordinator with ships agency’s to providing it Marine Lubricants Supplies.

*Manages Marine Lubricants Supplies to Chevron Marine International Customers.
*Chevron General Delegation to ensure the customs clearance activities running smoothly when FAMM Co. closed at Chevron Egypt.
*Customs clearance & containers stocks in IBRAMAR agency (International Logistic).
