RFIs, from employees or clients and maintain the
requests via tracking logs.
- As RFI procedures are updated, to create new
templates. Sometimes helps the project manager
develop and maintain documents such as meeting
minutes, drawings, specifications, approvals and
related items.
- Periodically, responsible for training employees on
records management procedures and policies,
which include documentation, retention, retrieval,
destruction and disaster recovery.
- Also assist with file migrations and audits, and
perform administrative tasks as needed.
- work within businesses and to monitor and evaluate
how well risks are being managed, the business is
being governed and internal processes are working.
- Also provide a consulting service, advising
management on how to improve systems and
processes.
- Monitor and record all labors at site, and advise them
with the safety roles.
