•• Participate in preparing and implementing the annual Strategic Control Plan, focusing on boosting personnel knowledge and skills relating to internal controls and financial policies.
• I prepared and drove the agenda of rolling out group -wide process for reviewing quarterly financials and group initiatives including cross companies knowledge transfer.
• Review the monthly financial KPIs of business performance and undergoing projects, and agree on success measures.
• Key contact in budget preparation, including setting the priorities with cross-functions leads and agrees on the follow up of all action plans.
• Review and test the monthly closing of financial statements for internal and external reporting considering the different timelines.
• Offering technical finance assistance to businesses, varied between internal controls, accounting and financial analysis.
• Monitoring all financial transactions ensuring they achieved the proper level of controls.
i'm responsible for:
• Process general ledger journal entries
• GL accounts reconciliation and analysis
• Prepare monthly closing - Finalizing trial balance
• Petty cash replenishment.
• Process accounts payable cycle.
• Process accounts payable invoices.
• Keep supplier files and data base updated.
• Invoices payment and follow up vendors’s balances .
• Cash flow statement preparation, follow up and control.
• Budget preparation, follow up and control.
• Handling the whole division.
•Currently I am working as an senior accountant, I’m responsible for Handling Accounts Payable, Accounts Analysis, Cash Float Monitoring, Budget control, Inventory monitoring and All Cash Transactions
Planning the audit including developing the overall strategy for the scope of the audit; assess level of control and inherent risks, preliminary judgment about materiality levels for audit purposes, develop analytical procedures and audit procedures.
Performing a preliminary risk assessment to identify high-risk areas and sample size and the proper audit procedures.
Supervise and coordinate the audit staff, directing the efforts of assistants involved in the audit.
Review permanent file and audit working papers.
Perform examination of financial statements, financial reviews and other agreed upon procedures with the clients for a variety of industries.
Preparation of financial statements in accordance with applicable Egyptian Laws and regulations.
Writing management letter.
Participate in close-out meetings to discuss findings and recommendations with auditee management.
Performing financial audit and/or reviews on recipients of United States Agency for International Development (USAID) funds and other projects funded by international organizations such as SWISS FUND and WORLD BANK and writing reports of recommendations and suggestions in order to improve their financial management capabilities.
