Main duties: Estimated project engineering hours, led hardware design team, supervised on Functional Design
Specification (FDS), supervised on cabinet integration, supported in FAT.
2- Khalda Petroleum Co. - Kalabsha ICSS Project (PCS & ESD) - Enppi (EPC) - Full Scope Project, Egypt
Main duties: Supported in proposal till project winning, estimated project engineering hours, led hardware
design team, supervised Functional Design Specification (FDS), created Project Test Specification, supervised on
cabinet integration, supported in FAT, SAT and trouble shooting.
3- Hatien Cement Plant Alstom (EPC) - SAT, Vietnam
Main duties: Supported in SAT activities including major software design & modifications
4- Somisy Syama Golden Mine Plant - Site Service, Mali
Main duties: Supported in site service including diagnostics for fault-finding, SCADA modifications, control
strategy modifications (logic).

Created technical documentations, technical support & products manuals explanations
1- Supervised both electrical & mechanical teams.
2- Solved both electrical & mechanical problems came up by factory production lines.
3- Trying to develop a mechanical cut-off to be auto adjustment through PLC.
1- Developed a PLC automatic control system for Battenfeld plastic injection machine. The machine has been manufactured in 1973 and its control was based on electronic cards which are fully replaced by my modern system.
2- Performed electrical & mechanical maintenance for many machines.
1- Installed, commissioned & maintained carton production machines like single facer, flexo printer, NC cutter, slitter …etc.
2- Installed, commissioned & maintained plastic thermoforming & UV plastic cup printer machines.
Designed & executed automatic control systems for industrial applications based on PLC & SCADA.
Designed & executed the Climate Control & Spaghetti Monitoring Project for two spaghetti
production lines.
Worked as proposal & technical-support engineer for the following products:
1- Eurotherm's products, those are including temperature and process controllers / programmers,
recorders, thyristor units, and signal conditioners for all industrial applications. Eurotherm is an
Invensys company.
2- Land's products, those are including the non-contact temperature measurement devices for fixed
and portable solution over all applications.
Designed & executed the control panel for card-welding machine.
Designed & executed the shrinkable PVC packing oven.
Executed the electrical & mechanical maintenance tasks for the batteries production line.
Supervised the maintenance team in the factory.
Installed & maintained the following machines & equipments:
1- Pre-press film / plate down frames, cameras, film / plate processors
2- Offset & flexo printing, printing-cylinder washing machines
3- Creasing & cutting machines ( manual / automatic )
4- U.V coating lines, UV dryers
5- Carton production lines
6- Folding, binding, laminating, stitching machines, single & tri-knife trimmers and hot stamping

1- Worked as technical-support engineer for AC single & three phase generators. This is including diesel & generator protection devices, measuring devices, safe loading adjustment corresponding to the type of loads. For example (100 % loading at pure resistive loads, like sodium, halogen lamps & heaters - P.F de-rating - unbalance load de-rating - parallel operation). Operating panels design & maintenance (manual - ATS).
2- Automatic P.F correction panels design & maintenance.
3- Installing, commissioning, and maintaining for compressors & blowers.
4- Technical support for AC inverters, including installation and programming, according to the load
demands.
Higher studies diploma in Automatic Control Engineering is two years studying focuses on control engineering disciplines. For example, studying in details conventional & modern control engineering, types of sensors & transducers, MATLAB for modeling, analyzing & design, PLCs for industrial applications...etc.
Electrical Power & Machines Engineering is five years studying focuses in electrical power theories and applications.
