Infrastructure works for compound "Hilton Vacation Club" - Sharm Elsheikh, Egypt
This project consists of all underground Infrastructure works in terms of sewage network with lift pump station, water and irrigation networks, firefighting network, network of light current and low voltage lines.
.Responsibilities: management project including review designed drawings - preparing of workshop drawings - arranging required resources for execution (man power - materials suppliers - equipments), scheduling and planning management, time management, cost management, all related processes to follow-up project, technical office support and stakeholders management with client, consultant and others.
Achievements: 1- Resolving technical problems for design to obtain more easily execution and maintenance operations. 2- Develop the method statement of works to improve the deliverables and save more time and costs. 3- Overcome about the delay of the time schedule due to the consumed time in redesigning works and approvals from consultants.

Infrastructure water networks and ground tanks of Al-Ghat City - Ghat, Riyadh, KSA
This project consisted of 22 Km internal water networks using different diameters HDPE pipes including houses connections and fire hydrants. Also, 11 Km Main transmission D.I line using diameters 400 mm and 300 mm. with using micro tunnel excavation method to cross the high way of Riyadh - Qassim.
Construction of two R.C Ground tanks with capacity 3000 m3 with lift pump station.
Responsibilities: management project including study and pricing of bids and tenders - review designed drawings - preparing of workshop drawings - arranging required resources for execution (man power - materials suppliers - equipments) - scheduling and planning management, time management, cost management, all related processes to follow-up project, technical office support and stakeholders management with client, consultant, Governmental municipalities and ministries to take permits and others stakeholders.
Achievements: 1- winning the project successfully after pricing. 2 - enhance the profit from 20 % to 28 % by hard negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors.

Infrastructure water networks for Zulfi city - Riyadh - KSA
This project consisted of 55 Km internal water networks using different diameters HDPE pipes including houses connections and fire hydrants. Also, 1.6 Km Main transmission D.I line using diameter 300 mm.
Responsibilities: management project including rearranging required resources for execution (man power - materials suppliers - equipments), rescheduling, planning management, time management, all related processes to follow-up project, technical office support and stakeholders management with client, consultant, Governmental municipalities and ministries to complete permits and others stakeholders.
Achievements: Saving project from termination due to time schedule delay, I was started work where progress was 10.3% for 50.1% elapsed time, I was reached to progress 88% for 92% elapsed time, then by negotiation with client I got extra time 6 months for extra works need not more than 2 months to be completed.

This project consisted of compound of 144 villas, it contained all related works in terms of infrastructure works (civil, Electrical and mechanical), landscape works with softscape and hardscape.
Responsibilities: Overseeing for self-implementation works and supervision subcontractor’s works for these items:-
1- Execution of 6 villas including the R.C structures and finishing works.
2 - Execution the different infrastructure works (sewage, water and irrigation networks).
3- Execution of 7 artificial lakes, main swimming pool and entrance fountain.

new airport club - Cairo, Egypt
This project was to construct the R.C structures for different buildings of the club, construct internal roads around the club with hardscape works and pavement. Also, and including the networks for water, irrigation, sewage - roads and pavement - roads lightings and cables.
Responsibilities: Overseeing for self-implementation works, supervision subcontractor’s works, quantity surveying, preparing invoices works for these items:-
1- Execution roads works including pavement and hardscape works.
2- Execution the different infrastructure works (sewage, water and irrigation networks).
3- Execution the social activities building.

Projects:
• Constructions works for store rockets, entrance building and extension of studies and experiments building - Hoof military sector - Cairo - Egypt.
• Sewage networks for Meselha City - Menoufia - Egypt..
• Sewage network for Beshla City - Mansoura - Egypt..
