2.Following up the projects and clients and preparing the price quotations and the contracts for the projects.

2.Managing and developing the office and improving the productivity of the office staff.
3.Carrying out analytical studies for a number of projects, mainly, Saudi Post Information Center in Al Mursalat District and a study for Al Faysalia Group and a economic feasibility study for Al Rabia and Al Nassar for Pre-cast concrete.
4.Following up the projects and clients and preparing the price quotations and the contracts for the projects.
5.Following up, reviewing and approving the financial issues as well as finding and controlling the financial solutions.
6.Working on a number of commercial and private projects, mainly:
a)Tourism investment resorts at an estimated cost of 40 million Riyals by leading a team after carrying out the necessary studies for the project, determining the general thoughts for the projects and developing the architectural ideas for the project.
b)Project of Saudi Post Information Center at an estimated cost of 60 million Riyals. Leading a team after carrying out my own analytical studies, reaching the design recommendations for the project, participating in developing the architectural ideas for the project.
c)Project of United Motors - Head Office - at an estimated cost of 60 million Riyals. Leading a team after carrying out my own analytical studies, and reaching the design recommendations for the project.
d)Working on a number of residential villas and palaces whose costs range from 2-15 million Riyals.
e) Interior designs for (Sun Café) Olaya Thalatheen Street at a cost of 350 thousand Riyals with personal efforts made in terms of preparing the initial comprehensive ideas for the project and approved by the owner as well as developing the executive plans for the project and the supervision on the execution.
1.Designing all bank branches - Injaz - (98 branches) in all over the Kingdom during a time record with personal efforts.
2.Managing the designs for the bank branches - Injaz.
3.Calculating the quantities for all branches and preparing the plans and documents for the bid submission of the project as a team leader consisting of a group of engineers.
4.Supervising and following up the sites of Bank Al Bilad branches in Riyadh and Jeddah as the owner’s representative.
5.Managing the head office, designing and supervising all the bank sections (24 sections) by studying the needs of the bank departments, designing the section based in the employment requirements of the section, and distributing the furniture.
6.Wining third place in the contest of model branch design of Bank Albilad (Stand Alone).
7.Receiving a souvenir shield from Bank AlBilad in appreciation of my work in the bank.
