1- Prepare and apply adequate maintenance process, scope of work plan, and relevant it’s KPI’S, Cross checking it’s realization through the contractual regular maintenance transactions and visits. To maintenan smooth run for different equipments, keeping them working in it’s best manner and optimum performance.
2- Analyze and check system defects and faults, Identifying, selecting and handling the related reliable spare parts stocks.
3- Schedule and organize the running contractual maintenance scope. Coordinate with contractors, and follow - up closely for fault reporting, maintenance transaction, and proper process progress, technical check and monitoring for several building
Equipment’s and system performance
4- Immediate response for sudden failures and errors, which occur in any of the equipment or system, by fixation, and problem solving finding the reliable alternative, to adapt and over come the side impact of the situation on the work flow and process
5- Lead and coordinate technician people, to perform the reliable requested implementation and maintenance phases.
6- Final receiving for nominated running projects, equipment, and maintenance service
7- Validate new ideas for systems and equipment upgrades.
8- Perform feasibility and case studies, check reliability of enforcing integrated and new system’s application
9- Set different projects studies scope of work, and implementation phases, and estimate its reliability, time frame and relevant budgetary cost
10- Perform regular studies for saving plans and cost reduction in parallel with and within equipment and service performance enhancement plan,
11- Contribute in maintenance budget use optimization.
12- Adapt and maintain all safety measures, identifying implementing all maintenance or installation process and transaction.
