Responsible for QA/QC of 111 construction projects in Riyadh and 67 in Jeddah/Makkah. Promoted to
lead a quality team that takes care of all quality related tasks for all the company’s construction projects,
where I manage and oversee compliance to codes, standards and specifications.
I was assigned as an acting project manager to manage a contract worth around 130 Million SR for the
construction of 10 schools in Riyadh. My role was to manage all project related tasks including budget
control, schedule management, quality of the product, conflict resolution of all stakeholders and project
reporting to higher management.
As a project engineer, I have worked in different areas in the PMO. Main tasks includes the following:
▪ Assisted in planning for Riyadh construction program (41 Projects).
▪ Participated as a member in the bidding evaluation team, where we evaluated technical proposals.
▪ Assisted the strategic management office where we sit up the KPI’s for the company.
▪ Assisted in managing project related tasks in initiation and execution of the project.
▪ Considered as one of the founding team of the company where I helped in the start up program for the
company.
I worked as a Civil engineer in Prequalification Department, main tasks were reviewing of prequalification
requests for civil contractor companies..
