preparing the full time schedule plan for the projects including cost and resources loading by primavera P6 and control and monitoring the project
preparing monthly and weekly progress reports
reporting to the project manager and section head manager
preparing revised plan in case of claims and variation
preparing claims paper and submits

manage all the production work and planning and also make design for pipes due to earth load and fluid load

mange all the site work for 4 building with 10 levels and football play ground
coordinate with the consultant and do the buildings inventory works and reported to our managing director

make the monthly production plan and monitor our raw material consumption and review our pipes mix design
and coordinate with our customer to solve any issue at the site
