The Company:

• Implementation of SAP Blueprint System (Change Management, Security and Role Mapping) (2005-2009).
• ITIL V3 2011 service Management System Implementation (2016-2017).
• Successful Completion of Follow up of IT&T Annual External and Internal Audits through 2011 to date.
• Implementation of Business Continuity Plan for the Company (2007).
• Implementation of Smart Card Solution (2007).
• Contribution in Lean projects (Elimination of 87 % of Waste)
• Creation of Compliant Document Control System for the Projects Department (2016).
Responsibilities:
• SAP Role Mapping and Security Administration for 750 users (Global) for both Join venture Companies (Bapetco Petroleum Company and Shell Egypt).
o Development of a robust and reusable MS Access role-mapping tool for use by Egypt SAP Blueprint Project.
o Facilitation of role-mapping workshops to map SAP processes to jobs.
o Delivery of Security training to end users.
o Creation of new SAP users and maintenance of existing users.
o Segregation of duties & implementation of controls for different SAP roles.
o Maintenance of SAP Security Help Desk including unlocking users accounts, resetting users’ passwords and deleting inactive users, role-mapping changes.
o SAP Roles mapping for all SAP users including adding and/or removing them from users clusters.
• Conduct R&D and implementation of Information Security policies (ISMS).
• Manage business requirements of Information Security.
• Leading the IT&T Audit Follow (External and Internal).
