• Identifying, developing and successfully bringing to market new products and finding high-profile hospitals in the Territory to improve sales, practices and effectiveness through product development.
• Cultivating new business partnerships and developing existing clientele, understanding business challenges, making recommendations and tailor made strategies to achieve market leadership in assigned territory.
• Developing and implementing strategies to monitor, maintain and grow established GWT accounts and managing stages of tender submission process.
• Facilitating the registration of corporate ventures by liaising extensively with senior level government officials, local regulatory officials, legislators, exhibitions/congress, members of medical associations, etc.
• Overseeing and directing market research, competitor analysis, and retention monitoring processes and initiatives, enhancing product penetration into virgin markets and augmenting client base.
• Coordinating with departmental heads, medical and sales representatives, supervisors to enhance the quality and profitability of the sales plans, consistent with sales/ marketing goals and objectives.
• Represented company in various conferences/exhibitions and regularly attended monthly work plan and attend quarterly Sales meetings with the management.
• Kept a breast of latest scientific advancements, analyzed potential markets and submitted recommendations for product development.
Coordinate with Country Manager at Dubai and providing reports on activities
Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures success of company sales goals and profitability
Prepare the yearly budget, forecast analyze that against actual sales on quarterly bases.
Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets
Promote the company image, Introduce new products to the market, and re-educate the market with latest technology used in the below brands.
Develop Company portfolio with new products and agencies.
