• Supervise stations security and support services agencies.
• Control and manage the vehicles and cars of the stations to include (setting plans for their periodical maintenance, oil and gas consumption, license renewal, and driver’s routes).
• Follow up the maintenance of the station facilities (the office, accommodation, warehouses…etc.) and provide the necessary technicians internally from the company to perform the maintenance tasks to reduce costs rather than external providers.
• Providing necessary accommodation to the new hiring candidates.
• Making annual budget for administration department and forward it to budget accountant.
• Handling Logistics issues in high season of imported potatoes such as (internal transportation, heavy equipments and labors ).
• Organize IT processes by communicating with IT engineers at HQ.
• Supervising on cleaning processes at stations.
• Supervising on purchasing for food and beverage supplies.
• Supervising on running industrial safety systems and all maintenance processes for it and any public relations rely on it.
• Supervising on renewal of fire weapons licenses.
• Supervising on Costumers services process during High season of potato seeds
• Company representative at all governmental Issues.
• Responsible for internal and domestic organizational issues of the branch.
• Execute social insurance of employees.
• Ensure accuracy & reliability of vacations of the employees.
• Generate regular sign in & out reports and recommend actions accordingly to ensure employees complains to regulations.
• Act the key person in handling social insurance and labor office activities.
• Responsible for maintenance of the fleet.
• Responsible of renewing licenses for the fleet.
• Evaluating drivers performance and the rate of their achievements.
• Make a monthly report of fleet expenses and forward it to the financial manager.
