• Manage and oversee daily operations of the finance and accounting division including month/end-year processes, AR/AP, GL, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, etc.
• Lead the accounting staff in managing full spectrum of accounting activities; manage company’s accounting, monitoring and reporting systems; respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely manner.
• Perform bank reconciliation to compare the balance in the bank as per the company’s accounting records with the balance stated in the bank statement, as well as prepare bank reconciliation statements.

• Maintain the company’s books of accounts, record journal entries, post transactions to the ledger and enter rectification & adjustment entries.
• Assist the preparation of the annual estimated budget, the estimated cash flow statement, follow up on the implementation of the estimated budget, and submit periodic reports on deviations from the budget and their causes, and proposals to address these deviations.

• Monitor and interpret cash flows, petty cash and predict future trends, ensuring that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational requirements.
• Overseeing the internal control systems to ensure the accuracy of accounting records and documents, including appropriate work procedures, manuals and standard practices.

• Follow up on cash flow and budget implementation, issue periodic reports on budget implementation and offer alternative solutions in case of deviation.

• Liaise with auditors during audits, provide accounting and financial information and address queries raised by them; furnish supporting documents, vouchers and proofs during audits.
• Monitored, recorded, classified and summarized financial transactions in accordance with international accounting principles and financial reporting standards.

• Assist in preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other financial reports in the accounting and finance system as per the company standards.
