Job Responsibilities.
•Preparing and Processing the Incentive Calculation of Doctors and Technicians on Monthly Basis.
• Bank Reconciliations for all the Banks .
•Processing the Local Purchase Payments to Suppliers Petty in the system after checking the proper supporting and approval.
•Preparing the for Management Reports including the Monthly Revenue Reports, Doctor Wise Revenue and Cost Reports etc.
•Assisting in the Monthly Closing of Books of Accounts by preparing and processing the Monthly Closing JV’s on Month Closing after analyzing the same.

Independently handling the accounts.
•Handling the General ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts payable, Fixed Asset Register, Bank accounts and reconciliation for the same.
• Preparation of the budget and analyzing the variances with the actual.
•Preparing the Receipt and payment vouchers and processing the same after proper approvals.
•Preparation cash flow, Profit and loss account and Balance Sheet on monthly basis.

Handling the accounts of Rent A Car division.
Job Responsibilities
•Handling the RAC fleet addition and deletions and reconciling the Fleet and Used Car Stock.
•Making and Processing the Journal Vouchers in System to close the books of accounts on monthly basis.
•Preparation of bonus calculations of Rental Sales agents on monthly basis.
•Preparing the Monthly Financial reports including Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
•Handling the inter company accounts and reconciling the same on regular basis.

Independently handling the statutory audits of Schools, trading, manufacturing and contracting companies
Job Responsibilities
•Reviewing the accounting systems for the company handling the audit.
•Preparing the audit programs, business reviews and audit planning memorandum
•Executing the audit programs
•Reviewing the Trial Balance and ensuring overall figures are correct or not.
•Preparing the financials including the Profit and loss account, Balance Sheet and cash flow as per the International Accounting Standards.
•Major clients handled include Arabian Beverage Company, Refrigeration Industries Company, and Chain Link Industries Company, Middle East Telecommunication, Arab Italian Shipping Co .etc.
