• Overseeing the complete hotel operation.
• Leading role in the development and implementation of the marketing plan, budget and goals of the hotel and ensure on-going optimum guest satisfaction, sales potential and profitability.
• Interact with guests and individuals outside the hotel, including but not limited to current and potential clients, owning company representatives, government officials, travel industry representatives, suppliers, competitors and other members of the local community
• Participate in conducting daily & weekly inspections and ensure physical facilities are kept in optimal condition by full implementations of preventive maintenance programmes and manage the FF&E
• Ensure safety measure and emergency procedures are practiced and enforced to provide security and safety for guests and colleagues

Special Projects and Accomplishments:
• Opening of the Lounge bar- Trendy, European lounge bar
• Full renovation of 204 guest rooms - inhouse
• The Cove Rotana Resort was nominated by BBC good food magazine for the best staycation resort in UAED YEAR 2021/2022
• Wining BBC good food award for best casual dining in Northern Emirates - Basilico Mediterranean Restaurant - December 2021
• RAK TDA and RAK Public Services Department- RAK Green Hotels Initiatives Award for Tourism Sustainability- March 2022
• Earth Check Sustainability Evaluate 5 Stars Rating Award- December 2021
