Reporting to Group Financial Controller / CFO:
Lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements reducing reporting lead time by 20% • Maintain an up to date knowledge of IFRS and be seen in the Group as a subject matter expert. • Deliver management insight including forecasting and analysis of financial data to support steering of business. • Provide timely and accurate analysis / advises of budgets, financial reports and financial trends in order to support senior executives in performing their responsibilities. • Enhance and implement finance department policies and procedures to increase staff efficiency and effectiveness. • Direct the internal preparation for all external audit assignments and work with external auditors to ensure successful and timely completion of audits.

Reporting to senior manager / partner I was responsible for • Managing portfolio of clients.
• Determine and agree the timing of audit activities and team assignments.• Perform risk
assessment procedures. • Prepare engagement budget, track actual versus budget and identify
overruns.• Prepar and obtain partner approval for, audit programs including the tests of
operating effectiveness of controls and the substantive procedures to be performed.• Supervise
performance of all audit stages providing feedback on performance to associates.•Communicate
significant findings and issues to sr. manager/partner with suggested resolutions.
