- Technical office Engineer and prepare designs for all electrical systems that related with the construction projects.
-Review and approve material submittals, shop drawings etc.
- Responsible for estimating the tendering projects and reviewing its specifications.
- Quantity surveyor for the electrical bill of quantities.
- Manage, redesign, follow up and supervise the following projects:-
1) Saudi National Guards Military Buildings.
2) Social affairs Ministry (social servicing administration buildings)
3) Technical and Vocational Training Centers.
4) King Khalid center for wild life research.
• Feb. 2006 up To Jan. 2009, Al Arrab Contracting Company (ACC) (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)
- Supervision &Technical office for performing the following projects:-
5) Prince sultan hospital (50-bed)
6) Prince Mashaal garden palace.
7) 28 healthy care center for Saudi ministry of health.
- Implementation of all Electrical systems such as
Power & lighting systems
Power for HVAC systems
Data &Telephone &MATV systems
Fire Alarm system
Lightning system
Low current systems (CCTV, PUBLIC ADDRESS, NURSE CALL, CLOCK, BMS)
- Site engineer and Prepare simple designs when required for all Electrical installations in Construction projects.
- Review and approve material submittals, shop drawings etc.
- Oversee, supervise and manage various construction and maintenance/upgrade activities.
- Implement the contract documents, such as design drawings, specifications, Bill of Quantities, contract conditions, etc. on site.
- Review and approve the As Built drawings.
- Reviewing and approve the schedules of work loads of Electrical staff.
- Manage, follow up and supervise the construction contractors and their onsite and offsite activities to ensure timely completion of all activities.
- Provide material selection and specification and comment on pre selected material.
- Interact with various service section/departments/engineers to ensure proper execution of all activities.
- Keeping record of all work related documents.
