Duties and Key Responsibilities:
Project Management / Client Rep. & Construction Supervision Consultancy, my duties cover:
• Distribution of daily tasks to the site construction engineers / inspectors.
• Review and acknowledgment of RFITs - before and after processing by the site engineers.
• Follow-up with inspection requests performed by the engineers and help resolve issues.
• Monitor HSE - attend HSE site walks, highlight concerns, participate in meetings and assist in resolving related issues.
• Monitor Quality - attend QA/QC site walks, highlight concerns, participate in meetings and assist in resolving related issues and issue SDRs/NCRs where applicable.
• Monitor progress - develop and maintain progress records - Conducting regular meetings with the contractor for daily progress updates, update planning department and management with progress details.
• Responsible of conducting material delivery inspections against the approved documents.
• Coordination with discipline engineers with regards to technical details.
• Review the Civil/Structural/Marine technical documents i.e.;drawings, reports and specifications submitted by the Design Consultant(s) at each stage of the Design to ensure completeness, correctness and compliance with the scope of work and agreement requirements.
• Managed Marine Project design preparation from the conceptual design phase to final detailed design including preparing hydrodynamic studies, bathymetric surveying, geotechnical investigations, and environmental mitigation measures along with Sought proposal from the design consultants.
• Managed the design and execution of the works for all quay walls, jetties, marinas, navigation channels and massive dredging works, approved materials and technical submittals.

Duties and Key Responsibilities:
• Review the Civil/Structural /Marine drawings, reports and specifications submitted by the Design Consultant(s) at each stage of the Design to ensure completeness, correctness and compliance with the scope of work and agreement requirements.
• Carry out construct-ability review and value engineering during the design and review any proposed design changes as may be necessary to overcome difficulties, which may be encountered during construction, report and recommend any such proposals to client for approval /instruction where a cost, time or quality impact are evident.
• Design checks for local code conformity, obtaining all necessary permits after extensive contact with the relative authorities; Municipality, Ashghal, and Kahramaa, PEO, WOQOD, MOE, MOI, MOT.
• Liaise with hotel Operator, Brand Consultant, Hospitality Specialists
• Managed Marine Project design preparation from the conceptual design phase to final detailed design including reviewing hydrodynamic studies, bathymetric surveying, geotechnical investigations, and environmental mitigation measures along with Sought proposal from the main Architect design consultants.
• Provided bidding services that included modification, addenda and tender analysis.
• Managed the execution of the works for all quay walls, jetties, marinas, navigation channels and massive dredging works, approved materials and equipment’s submittal, approved variation orders, approved payment certificated for the consultants, designer and contractors
• Managed Responsibilities include acting as RE during construction phases.
• Review the Design Consultant(s) submittals in a timely manner and forward comments to the Design Manager.
• Ensure the Design Consultant(s) incorporates the comments raised from previous stages.
• Responsible for ensuring that all facilities are constructed per project requirements, safely and in accordance with project drawings, specifications, procedures within the project schedule.
• Coordinate and obtain necessary approvals from Consultant, Clients and Local authorities.
• Arrange and chair project meetings, internal and external, as necessary to ensure effective management of the project.
• Effectively manage the project team including technical advice and guidance , personnel seconded to the project team from functional groups and ensure effective communication so critical or urgent situations are quickly addressed.
• Communicate with the Project Manager continuously regarding project progress and areas of concerns.
• Advise Project Manager of any foreseen slippage of progress and propose corrective actions.
• Review and initial PM assessment of monthly progress invoices.
• Review weekly and monthly reports as presented by Contractor and present to Project Manager comments of non-compliance, and/or area of concern and corrective actions.
• Assess change requests as submitted by Contractor and report the recommendation to Project Manager.

Duties and Key Responsibilities:
• Preparation of Structural Layout and 3D mathematical model, Major involvement in different stages of design like Concept design, Schematic design, Design development, Detail design etc. Submission to Authority (TECOM, JAFZA, DM, ADM, FEWA, DEWA MPW etc.), Structural Designing, scheming and detailing of various type of projects.
• Provide leadership and direction to a team of Junior Engineer & CAD Operators (Draftsmen) involved drafting of structural steel design - Steel, Precast, and in setting up and maintaining of project file structure and protocols and to accomplish project goals and monitor out-put.

• Confer with supervisors to obtain data required for planning department activities, such as new commitments, status of work in progress and problems encountered.
• Assign and delegate responsibility for specified work and functional activities.
• Disseminate policy to supervisors, give work directions, resolved problems, prepare schedules and set deadlines to ensure timely completion of work.
