Principal Accountabilities: -
• Motivate workforce through sound leadership to ensure maximum productivity
• Provide prompt and efficient field response to customer's warranty needs on new products
warranty period and Prepare warranty reports for any major failure during the warranty
period
• To ensure that all faults on equipment for repair are correctly inspected, diagnosed and
subsequent repairs are carried out to a high standard of quality expected by our principals
and customer alike
• To ensure that quotations are submitted to customers in time and that they are correct
• Participate in establishing the Department budget and work within allocated expenses by
controlling costs to minimize expenditure
• Meet and exceed budgeted customer revenue, sales and profits
• To ensure that the existing tooling is maintained in an operable condition and where
possible are kept in areas so as to ensure maximum utilization and increased productivity
• Workshop housekeeping, ensure that the Workshop is kept clean and tidy at all times and
is a safe working environment for people working
