• Ensure all expats travelling to Algeria have a valid business visa
• Book flight tickets and hotel rooms inside and outside the country
• Coordinate with local authorities such us labor office to submit work permit and desert pass requests for expats for working for Groupement Berkine
• Ensure flights are booked as requested by HR or another department such us drilling.
• Work closely with the transport coordinator to arrange land transport for passengers if seats are not available on field flights, or flights are cancelled due to bad weather conditions
• Work closely with base manager to arrange rooms for passengers coming in.
• Review and analyze rotational crew change schedules for integration into flight operation planning.
• Review all invoices related to travel, hotel bookings, car hire, flight tickets, and add technical approval.
• Medical evacuation assistance. Coordination with local hospital, provision of ambulance etc
• Establish itineraries for business travel.
• Capacity to manage various activities simultaneously

with BHPB in ROD drilling Project
