Strategic Management

Projects Management

• Participated in weekly teleconferences between the lead architect in Chicago USA and the company’s structure and MEP departments to discuss design, progress and coordination with associated consultants facilitating development of concept and schematic designs.
• Coordinated development of detailed architectural designs as well as full structural and MEP design and supervision liaising with client, consultant and project team.
• Contributed to initiatives for continuous improvements, risk mitigation as well as the constructability review process related to materials specifications and standards.
• Redesigned the premises of the Dubai Police Cavalry Department as per client requirements.
