Client: M/s. Drilling & Workover TSG - I, TSG - II & Surveillance & Logging Services (S&LS) Kuwait Oil Company And Joint Operations, Wafra, Kuwait.
Responsibilities
Reports to controlling team for all project related safety issues.
Works closely with the Client HSE Engineers developing standardized best practices and procedures.
Participating D&TS Meeting, TSG Business Partners HSE monthly meeting.
Conducting the HSE Committee Monthly Meetings as per KOC requires.
Develop & Implementing OSHAS 18001 & ISO 14001 Standards in the Project related activities.
Implements the Quarterly HSE Inspection & Audit programmed, maintains the Tracking System, follows up action items and ensures close out. Reports to the Client Drilling Engineers & Contract Superintendent.
Ensures Contractors comply with contract HSE requirements.
Carries out investigations of all incidents to determine root causes and learning values.
Develop Risk Assessment and Analysis Unsafe Act & Unsafe Condition reports to Management and Client.
Conduct the safety training programmed about basic induction training, firefighting training, defensive driving, working at heights, work permit systems and PPE Training etc...
Develop safety campaigns, coordinates a safety alert program and conduct Mock drill evacuation program.
Conducting environmental awareness program in related with contaminated soil, and Chemical Spill & Cleanup procedure.

Maintains functional liaison with Corporate Safety and ensures adherence to Corporate and legal and industry safety rules and regulations.

Enforce safety related work rules and take action to ensure compliance
Evaluate the safety performance of assigned employees and report finding to the corporate HSE Manager.

Recommend appropriate measures to the Management to improve safety conditions of the Project and sub contractor personnel and equipment from accident and damage Ensuring that the requirements of training/safety procedures.
To protect all employee from foreseeable work hazards like unsafe work methods, unsafe posture or improper use of safety equipments.
To provide all concern with information, Instruction, training and supervision to work safely.
To promptly investigate regarding the cause and nature of accident as well as to identify accident proves workers.
To inspect fire-fighting equipments and to see that they are in working condition
To ensure the personal protective equipment in working condition and being used by workers in hazardous situations.
Conduct daily inspection in the work areas to ensure the health of the workers and protection of environment are properly taken care of.
