Monitoring HSE performance and conducting safety reviews within our organization & with Client. Ensuring that all the company safety norms and procedures are followed and implemented. Conducting routine inspections and evaluating work places to identify if any non-conformance related to safety rules & regulations, safe working practices.
Enforcing client’s and company policy throughout the duration of the project.
Preparing monthly HSE Reports and submit electronically to client.
Investigating all the incidents of accidents and ensuring a proper analysis of the reason so that it never reoccurred.
Inspect all the equipment specified in the contract on weekly and monthly basis and maintain the records.
Conducting HSE Induction program for new & old Employee before entering to work site.
Conduct mock drill on yearly basis for emergency. Assisting in getting Work Permits at shutdown areas. Gas testing for Confined space and maintaining the record for the same. Daily HSE observation in shutdown areas, prepare reports, Weekly Safety Audit in the shutdown area within our organization. Conduct Daily Toolbox Talk to all employees working in the plant shutdowns.
