Responsible for the implementation of E-SelfCare portal which is integrated with IN/OCS, TABS, SMSC, Payment Gateway, and SMTP.
Has implemented and was involved in the scoping of SelfCare portal for Several Telecom Operators: VIVA Kuwait, etisalat Nigeria, ZANTEL Tanzania, Wateen Pakistan, CellOne (LEO) Namibia.
Implemented and deployed Reporting Portal Module using the latest technologies like Oracle discoverer, Oracle portal, Oracle Workflow, SQL loader and Fast Reader.
Developed TABS screens and modules based on customer requirements.
