Overseeing the operation of Five regional countries and locations, I was also in charge of
scouting prime locations for the Brand starting with dealing with Mall Management for the
best offer to choosing the best qualified contractor, kitchen appliances; following up with
contractors and suppliers to finalize the projects before the assigned deadline.
Dealing with the franchisor for the future marketing plan/ brand development and updating
the brand menu and seasonal merchandising projects.
Maintaining the brand strategy for five country locations and their sub branches.

Weekly cash flow plan with head of accounting and guiding on how to achieve it.
Implementing, prepare and execute critical path for new F&B outlet openings.
