Architect Designer
Architect: responsible of drawing and designing residential, Educational and commercial buildings, villas and hotels. By using history, traditional and clients suggestions, and self-contribution.
1• Defining the Strong points of the site to start the project properly and take into consideration the good orientation of the wind and the sun before starting the planning of the building.
2•Preparing draft designs and draw sketches by hand to give the clients first quick look on the primary idea of there projects .
3•Giving pre-estimations of projects in accordance to the budget and client requirements.
4• Coordinate with Several Engineers to ensure that the project wont face any problems in the future such as Civil engineer, Electrical engineer and Bim engineer.
5• Project elevation exterior design in 3D.
6• Landscape plans for roof and gardens ( Depend on the owner).
7• Water and water waste installations designs as per the FEWA Regulations.
8• Supervise and control checking for the last time with the Draftsman about shop drawings then send it to the Municipality.
9• Preparing tender bids for subcontractors and pre-selection.
10• Projects follow up and arbitration between clients and subcontractors.
11• Client support at all stages.

1.Following up Site construction according to Contract drawings & Technical Specifications.
2. Checking and commenting Contractors Shop drawings and answering Contractors RFIs.
3. Study and analyze various finishing material submittals & sample materials.
4. Resolving site coordination problems between Architectural, Structural & MEP disciplines
5. Revising Design Drawings and Architectural Details.
6. Representing the site team in meetings with the Client for progress and technical details
7. Supervising site works including issuing site instructions and NCRs
8. Reviewing Material submittals, method statement
& specifications
9. Site inspections for finishing work regarding to specifications.
10. Reporting to the Resident Engineer on a regular basis regarding progress, design, quality & site issues.
11. Responsible for the checking of proposed design CAD drawings and other related Detailed Drawing accuracy prior to release of these drawings for construction implementation.
12. Responsible for monitoring quality of executed works in the construction site.
Responsible for planning, detailing, interior and exterior designing and coordinating projects both in the public and private sectors.
• Working closely with other professionals like surveyors and civil engineers.
• Producing drawings and specifications for construction teams
• Involved in designing student campus accommodation and associated facilities.
• Identifying customer requirements and attending meetings on site.
• Helping to co-ordinate technicians and craftspeople.
• Assessing the impact a building will have on the local environment.
• Ensuring building projects are completed within budget and schedule.
• Liaising with local authorities and regulatory bodies re: building regulations.
• Helping to prepare company tender applications.
• An understanding of all aspects of the design and procurement process.
