-Head of I & C Department in thermal power plant.
 Responsible for designing, developing, installing, managing and maintaining equipment which is used to monitor and control machinery and process:
- Steam turbine and Boiler Control system management.
- BOP (Balance of Plant) Process: Desalination, Chlorination, Hydrogen production, Fuel Oil, and other process.
 Lead and supervise the maintenance team during the installation of new systems and the execution maintenance plan.
 Oversee the operation and maintenance of all instruments related to the process, control and monitoring devices, check and follow all required spare parts in order to reach a high performance in the power plant.
 Testing and Maintenance of the following systems:
- ABB DCS (Symphony plus), PLC ( Siemens TIA Portal, Allen Bradly) check and inspection of input / output signals, closed and open loop, Load and configure controller, testing, maintaining and modifying existing systems.
- Fire alarm systems ( Hotchiki FACP) inspection and testing the whole system with all type of sensors.
 Installation and Commissioning activities of new systems, performing the functions of troubleshooting and breakdown, preventive and corrective maintenance for reducing downtime to minimum.
 Installation and Operation of new CCTV system for industrial and admin Building.
 Prepare the RFQ (Request for Quotation), evaluate and study technical and financial offers, and Follow with bidders and contractors for more clarifications
 Liaising with suppliers, contractors and relevant authorities
 Evaluate and approve submitted drawings and documents from Contractors.
 Understanding and ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and quality standards.

Project: Small Boat Harbours
Client: KOC (Kuwait Oil Company)
Scope: Construction of two Harbours: Marin structure, Civil and Electrical work of 43 buildings: administration buildings, workshops, multipurpose Hall, control tower, and 7 No. of 11KV/440V substations.

-Developed and administered engineering concept, preliminary and final design review, electrical drawings preparation based on the project specifications and standard, load list calculations, cable schedule, SLD for HV and LV systems, TBA (Technical Bid Analysis), material estimation and BOQ.
-Witness and approve the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) for major electrical equipment in coordination with contractors.
-Short circuit calculation and Relay Setting coordination using ETAP Software.
-Participating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress
-Monitor site progress through weekly progress meetings with subcontractors and main contractor
-Coordinating with other departments, clients and contractors.
-Ensure that the entire work as according to approved drawings

- Design and prepare all electrical drawings / documents based on project Specification for submission and approval by the consultant.
- Electrical Calculations / sizing including load schedule, Cable Schedule, Transformer and Generator sizing, AC and DC UPS sizing,
- Prepare single line diagram for 11KV, 440V switchgear and Distribution Boards.
- Indoor and outdoor Lighting design calculation using DIALux software.
- Short circuit calculation and Relay Setting coordination using ETAP Software.
- Prepare Material Requisition and Technical Bid Analysis for material approval.
- Coordinate between the design and the construction progress to ensure that all installations are in compliance with the approved contract drawings / document and specifications.
- Materials Estimation and BOQ preparation & and coordinate with procurement.
- Attending weekly meeting with the consultant, vendor and subcontractor in order to discuss all comments raised during submission - approval stage.

• Design and prepare the LV systems concept (Fire Alarm, networking, CCTV, security systems)
• Electrical Calculations / sizing including load schedule, Cable Schedule Transformer and Generator
