Process and maintain personnel records and files by following up the employees' credentials completion
and developing personnel files for new comers to ensure adherence to personnel filing system.
Follow up probation periods to proceed with termination if required.
Manage the process of employees termination and suspension (resignations, end of contract…etc.)

Verify and input pay and data changes through calculating the variation in the monthly salary components
(deductions - bonuses - overtime - mobile - transportation allowances …etc.) to ensure that payroll
database reflects current and accurate information.
Handling Medical Process & Vacation leaves & Time Attendance.
Other duties as assigned.

Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes timely.
Processes personnel action forms and assures proper approvals.
Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update
payroll records.

1) Ensure that all documents in the employees files comply with documents needed as set by the labor law and social insurance.
2) Generate all the periodical reports/data needed to be submitted to the government labor office and social insurance.
3) Handling all hiring issues as employment contract, social insurance application and the hiring documents with all new employees and maintain it in the employee files, Form 1&6 - Form 2 and all related papers.
4) Handle all termination procedures and following up on the law suits if available.
5) Follow up on the attendance system and Review the vacation and Absences on the system.
6) Follow-up on each employee’s annual leave, sick leave and send them letters containing remaining balances.
7) Prepare and record the overtime hours in order to be added to wages and salaries to eligible employees.
