•Provide technical support to clients and internal teams, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

My responsibility as the owner's representative is to manage over 400 residential and commercial units in Kuwait. In addition, overseeing and directing site staff to achieve management goals and objectives, addressing both client and owners' concerns.
••Operations and Real Estate Management Key Responsibilities:
•Negotiate, approve, prepare and finalize lease contracts.
•Administer damage deposits, invoices, payment receipts and follow up overdue payment(s); and pay expenses.
•Preparing the units for rent (maintenance, furnishing, etc.).
•Ensure tenants' trouble calls are answered promptly.
•Hand over the leased unit(s) to/from the client(s) and sign the "Property Inspection Report".
•Manage property service contracts.
•Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects or modifications on a property.
•Coordinate and schedule repairs, maintenance and renovations carried out on buildings and monitor progress and costs.
•Oversee installation, maintenance and repair of real estate infrastructures.
•Participate in planning and managing the real estate operations budget, and maintain records of expenses versus income.
•Plan, organize and direct administrative services (signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, etc.).

My role involves organizing, managing, overseeing, and evaluating important real estate operations, which overlap with my other position as Real Estate Property Manager. However, this position allows me to make faster decisions on the ground by delegating the responsibility of taking a rational action to highly trusted team, which results in prompt response, making it more convenient for both clients and property owners.

My responsibility was to supervise three distinct luxury furnished residential apartments with more than 120 units, lease agreements, and daily maintenance operations on behalf of the owner. In addition, guarantee that client and owner requirements are met by directing property resident staff and coordinating maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
