Jabal Omar Development Project (JODP) Makkah, Hill is providing project management consultancy services on the Jabal Omar Development. The Jabal Omar Development, situated on 57 acres, includes 37 towers with a total built-up area of 2 million square meters (21.5 million square feet) of space, including hospitality, residential, retail, commercial and religious facilities.

Responsibility :
• To Develop & maintain HSE Manual, Plan, Procedure, training & communication system
• Hazard Identification & risk assessment
• Plan, facilitate, record, track and Coordinate the HSE workshops, trainings & meeting for JODP
• Plan and Conduct Audit, Inspection & accident investigation
• Supervision of consultant & Contractor, analysis of their performance, advisory role.
Achievement:
• 20 Million safe man hours in first quarter of 2016
• Development of unify HSE management system for five major contractor and four supervision consultant as project reference manual .

Working as HSE officer in Adyard interserve Engineering and construction Abu Dhabi UAE.
Project completed:
1. ENSCO 54 & NABOR OM VIII Jack up offshore rig refurbishment
2. Fujairah Refinery (VTTI) tanks rectification/shutdown & enhancing pumping capacity of pumping station.
3. ONGC/ESSR Offshore platform fabrication
Running Project: Shutdown of loading line for Pigging at ZADCO Zirko Island Plant.

Current Job: Working as Safety Engineer /Occupational Health and Safety Trainings coordinator in MCCT(Pvt) Ltd. from January 2010 to March 2013

Responsibilities:
  Risk Management, HSE system development and fire protection
 Coordination, follow up with clients in arrangement for training, conducted & deliver H&S training (Defensive driving, first Aid, firefighting, OSHA 30hrs, confined space, etc).
 Provide consultancy in HSE training development.
 Providing training to client technician on Drive Right & Fleet Management Software installation/operation (Vehicle Monitoring system of Davis instrument USA).

Work Profile in Saudi Arabia from June 2007 to Aug 2009

Company: Isam Kabbani and Partner Co.(COSMA) Kabbani is Major Maintenance
Contractor Company, in the Western Region for Saudi Aramco.

Position & Duration: Worked as Field Engineer for Technical projects. From Jan 09 to Aug 09 in Saudi Aramco, Lubricating oil refinery.

Responsibilities:
 Erection of structure for loading rack, execution of piping projects.
 Safety audit for company equipment, arranging and conducting safety meetings, updating and maintaining safety statistics, assisting in near-miss investigation with clients.

Position & Duration: Worked as Mechanical Engineer/Safety coordinator from June 07 to December 09 in Saudi Aramco, Crude Oil Terminal (COT) Yanbu
(Worked under time unite rate project, through Issam Kabbani Contracting Company)

Responsibilities:
 To support the maintenance planner, in planning and developing the scope of work for maintenance and shutdown job against the inspection worksheet.
 Coordination with a contractor for field execution/operation for maintenances job.
 Conducting Toolbox meetings with skilled workers, submission of Safety reports to Loss prevention advisor, implementation of permit to work system rules.
 Material estimation and Inventory control.
 Monitoring the maintenance works for verification against the scope of work/purchase order.

Responsibilities:
Coordination in defensive driving training.

Automobile safety audit for preventive/demand maintenance and safety equipment installation.

Coordination with Rofi (Norway) consultant in UN Shelter humanitarian WFP project for earth quake relief in Pakistan

 Advising in company HSE policies, procedures in remote field seismic operations.
 Arranging and conducting; HSE on job trainings in field, safety induction of new employee, safety meetings, assessing the Emergency Response Plane ERP, via different safety drills.
 Monitoring and auditing the field operation against company HSE policy and procedures, accident investigation and reporting to HSE Manager daily.
 Worked in HSE environment as field engineer for the repair & maintenance of vibrator (SM26, M27, P23, and P28) from 20th Dec 2004 to 8th Nov 2005.
