ERP system by implementing the processes of all HR departments
(Employee relations, payroll, training, organizational development
and Talent Acquisition) using data flow illustrating all expected
scenarios
• Reflect the data flow on MS Visio for each process at each department
• Propose recommendations for systems improvement by examining
current practices and proposing appropriate solutions.

using a simple and easy language

• Creating applicants and new employees records on Oracle ERP
• Write memos required for recruitment requests, exception letters,
weekly or monthly reports and other cases.
• Work with the an admin team of three members along with our
supervisor to enhance the operational work continuously
• Meet on monthly bases to discuss our progress
• Handle the assigned departments vacancies, updates, CVs and queries

• Manage the clinics social channels (Instagram and twitter) by adding the
new posts, ads, videos and so on
• Monitor the reactions and the growth of followers as well as their
responses
• Report to the management on weekly and monthly bases
