Responsible for International Sales.
- Responsible of sales orders forecasting and achieving resulting targets.
- Studying and promoting sales plans, strategies, policies, procedures and techniques in
order to facilitate the sales progress and overcome obstacles.
- Communicating with clients locally and overseas to complete sales orders.
- Meeting clients to follow up and review overall plan based on signed agreements.
- Prepare all the necessary documents of shipments for customers.
Responsible for solving customer complains
- Monitoring comment cards from all GE sites monthly bases.
- Develop a system to improve analysis, reporting of customer comment cards.
- Develop a system to improve the analysis and reporting of customer feedback.
- Contact old customer and analyze the reason of not coming back to GE.
- Supervising customer service number in which calls are directly transferred.
- Coordinating with GE team for developing customer service criteria.
- Coordinating with National Operation Manager in things those concern customers
complain.
- Prepare all the necessary reports for customer service department.
- Handling Birthday Cards for GE employees
- Monitoring and registering Fedex for APSL
- Handling warehouse and Petromin stock
- Coordinating with Marketing Department for any necessary follow-up.
