As head of the Project Services team I am responsible for providing efficient, accurate and effective support to the engineering department, managing a multidisciplinary team of five people. From lobbying with the energy regulator, educating the customs authorities on LNG import/exports, plant energy balance and hydrocarbon accounting to negotiating LNG and Gas SPAs with suppliers and clients, to finally prepare the company for commercial operations.
