Ensure projects are completed according to time and budget schedules, and that objectives conform to overall standards and operations objectives and user requirements;
Analyze and estimate costs; prepare cost summaries for projects, including equipment, labour, materials, site preparation, sub-contractor costs and other related costs as needed;

Coordinate activities of sub-contractors and relocation of technical functions;
Interact and negotiate with contractors and subcontractors. Validate and negotiate contractor change orders and make recommendations to the client;
Visit project site at appropriate intervals and confirm progress is consistent with the project schedule and work is in general conformance with contract documents;
Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner;
Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all PDS technology as required for assigned projects.
