Manage all distribution & delivery process in the Brands outlets within the required delivery date to avoid any delay & penalty and ensure smooth process of sales cycle.
• Manage & control the weekly delivery plan with all Warehousing & distribution supervisors / customers in national & international markets.
• Manage & monitor all warehousing activities to ensure high quality standard for all operations and procedures.
• Improve & develop the warehouse & distribution process to ensure proper receiving, storage, issuing and transport of goods to guarantee high quality standards & achieving customer satisfaction.
• Ensure proper system data and physical stock accuracy.
• Manage, improve and develop all returns process (spot returns, held invoice, expired and damaged items) with customers, warehousing & distribution supervisor and sales manager to minimize the returns value.
• Manage and control the transportation cost through suitable transportation method with minimal cost.

Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve the long term vision of the company.
• Establish and implement short and long term departmental goals and spell out the key initiatives to achieve the goals.
• Develop the Annual Sales, Margin and expenses Plan.
• Ensure that company is achieving its sales and margin targets as per the plan and within the specified time lines.
• Oversees the development of monthly/quarterly sales plans and ensures that sales meet agreed targets as per the plan.
