- Advise on measures to be taken in the interest of environmental protection, health and safety and on all quality concerns belong to operation, and implement such measures.
- Check and ensure that any QHSE serious concerns and verification of promptly rectification.
- Arrange and participate the HSE training including the induction training and toolbox talks for the staff and workers on the Site, and to organize HSE promotional activities.
- Liaise with staff/third party/contract/sub-contractor/ clients and government department on all matters relating to Health & safety, environment and quality monitoring and auditing.
- Carry out frequent inspections of the Site to identify potential hazards to the Health & safety, environment and quality, and to report findings with recommendations for corrective actions.
- Ensure maintains their Health & safety, environment and quality performance by establishing and monitoring KPI’s.
- Conduct Health & safety, environment and quality incident investigation to prevent recurrence by making recommendations and disseminating information about lesson-learned.

- Check and ensure that any polluting or potentially polluting situation is promptly rectified by the Contractor.
- Arrange and participate the environmental training including the induction training and toolbox talks for the staff and workers on the Site, and to organize environmental promotional activities.
- Liaise with Contractor on all matters relating to environmental monitoring and auditing.
- Carry out frequent inspections of the Site to identify potential hazards to the environment, and to report findings with recommendations for corrective actions.
- Ensure Contractor maintains their environmental performance by establishing and monitoring KPI’s.
- Conduct environmental incident investigation to prevent recurrence by making recommendations and disseminating information about lesson-learned.
- Undertaking periodic audits to establish that the requirements contained in the Environmental Policy, EMS and associated procedures are being observed, and reporting on the findings, Issue any necessary NCR and review the Contractor’s response proposals until approval can be granted and NCR closed.
- Compile the monthly environmental report for submission to the Management.
- Update all environmental information including changes in regulations, new codes of practice, newly identified environmental hazards and new work practices.
- Liaison with outside bodies, such as Environmental Department, etc.
