 Checks/monitor contractor’s HSE performance by auditing their whole HSE policy and implementation.
 Conduct HSE training for the contractor workforce.
 Conduct interviews of Contractors Safety Officers/ Fire & safety watch
 Provide input and support for the safe conduct of work by personnel associated with the shutdown activities - during normal maintenance / shutdowns of Facilities
 Advise HSE aspects to all personnel during execution of work activities, assist with pre-job start meetings
 ensure that work force are aware of emergency procedure
 Support Company shutdown safety team in line with the SHE safety plan.
 Prepare Shutdown safety Incidents records.
 PTW Audits, Observation Cards.
 Attend JSA Meeting for activity to be planned and Giving Guidance/ suggestions on HSE matters
 Review the JSA for shutdown activity
 Safety audit for Hazard Hunt
 Evaluating & assessing the future hazards controls.
 Conduct Safety inspection, Permit to Work audits & taking corrective actions for deviations
 Prepare and deliver safety presentations as required.
 Review the WORKPERMIT for execution activity during shutdown.
 Attend Tool box talk as a client representative and assist necessary support for completion of safe PROJECT.
 Safety audit for Hazard Hunt, Evaluating & assessing the future hazards controls.
 Report accidents/ incidents & near miss during shutdown activity.
 Conduct Safety inspection and Permit to Work audits of worksites & taking corrective actions for the deviations noticed.
 Advising line management in preparing HSE Risk Assessment for the new activities.
 Facilitate screening of workmen and conduct HSE induction.
 Periodic inspection of plant and equipment.
 Implement safe working procedure Carryout weekly Work permit audit.
 Safety preparation during Turn around.
