In my role as a talent and management development specialist, I am responsible for the following portfolio:
- Performance Management
- Caree and Development
- Talent Management
- Succession Planning
- Coaching
- Leadership Development.
Also, I am part of learning and development initiatives as this is directly related to my portfolio.
•To develop an in-depth understanding of the businesses within InfoTech (Pvt) Limited, in order to ensure that HR programs add value to the strategic advantage of the company in the market
•To develop policies covering all areas of HR management, implementing them fairly across the board.
•To consult with managers and employees on employee relation issues and problems to make sure that employees are fairly and equitably treated.
•To ensure legal guidelines are followed, and to create an employer-of-choice environment.
•To assist in the recruiting process, including anticipating openings, and interviewing candidates.
•To diagnose Human Resources needs and problems to recommend solutions that result in the organization’s improved performance and retention.
•To focus on guaranteeing a strong development and succession planning process to ensure a ready supply of potential candidates.
•To compose a variety of reports upon request of the President and Vice Presidents of InfoTech.
•To conduct job evaluation, performance appraisals and training needs assessment and then recommending to top management to compensate people accordingly.
•To develop/maintain Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000 at InfoTech Pvt. Ltd.
•To coordinate with external bodies i.e. Certification body/Consultants for all the issues regarding ISO 9001:2000 Certification.
•To liaise between all the personnel of Info Tech, regarding the development and implementation of ISO 9001:2000.
•To report to the CEO/President of Info Tech about all the issues regarding the ISO 9001:2000 implementation.
