Visit of the job site for comprehensive understanding and resource estimation.

Getting clarifications of jobs from client through emails / fax

Man-hours estimation for each job using site experience and company’s standard-man-hours.

Preparation of method statements, Execution plan and deployment plans of resources.

Major Responsibilities are were as following.

Responsible for Plan, schedule and organize site staff, material inspections and activities as per the daily scheduled progress

Execute project as per plan set by immediate management and accomplish the targets within deadline and budget.

Installation of Electrical normal lighting system, Distribution boards Installation and fixing of Electrical opening trenching, cable tray, switches and cable pulling and ensuring the method & standards.
